How Samantha's got started.
The Samantha's Restaurants brand was established in 1991. That year, the first location opened as Samantha's Sunny Corner in Canton, Ohio. Shortly after, the current owner, Heidi Kiefer, began working there and climbed her way from employee to owner.
Since then, she's expanded the brand to three more locations. Those being Samantha's Restaurant in Hartville, Samantha's Grill in Louisville, and Samantha's Grill at Oakwood Square. These are the exclusive four locations in Stark County under the Samantha's name to be owned and operated by Heidi Kiefer.
The Samantha's brand has been operating in Stark County, Ohio, for over 25 years. Our classic American cuisine, along with some unique flavors, never fails to satisfy.

Meet the owner.
Heidi Kiefer is the proud owner and operator of four Samantha's Restaurant locations throughout Stark County, Ohio. She's worked in the restaurant industry for over two decades.
Starting as a hostess at the original Samantha's location, she didn't yet know that she'd one day own it! On her first day there at 19 years old, she believed that she wouldn't be there much longer than the first week. Today, she's still working in the restaurant industry and loves what she does.
Heidi sends her gratitude and thanks to all her Samantha's Restaurants customers and the surrounding community. She and the Samantha's brand are honored to receive your continued support. We love what we do and couldn't do it without you!
