The history of Sunny Corner.

Samantha's Sunny Corner Restaurant in Canton, Ohio, first opened its doors in 1991 as the original Samantha's restaurant. It became a beloved breakfast and lunch destination in Stark County.

Owner Heidi Kiefer started in the restaurant industry at this location as a hostess. She worked her way up before purchasing the restaurant in 2001. The restaurant has carried forward the warm, welcoming atmosphere that the locals still appreciate to this day.

Over the years, we've kept the community diner charm while serving hearty, classic comfort dishes that our regulars know by name. The Sunny Corner location is the foundation for the Samantha's Restaurants brand and continues to be a go-to spot for family meals and friendly service.
